Note: When 3+ PRO has the core permissions stated below Call and call log permissions: 3+ PRO does not require the call and call log permissions to operate normally, but granting 3+ PRO the call and call log permissions can quickly push real-time incoming and missed calls to your mobile device.

In any case, 3+ PRO will not upload incoming calls and call logs to the cloud, nor will it collect or transmit any contact data to any third party.

Contacts Permissions:

3+ PRO does not require the contact access permission to operate normally, but after granting 3+ PRO the contact access permission, your contact list can be displayed, and your contact list can be quickly found and synchronized to the smart call watch. If 3+ PRO receives an incoming call, it will match the contact and push it to your smart wearable device.

Under no circumstances will 3+ PRO upload the contact list to the cloud, nor will it collect or transmit any contact data to any third party.

SMS Permissions:

3+ PRO does not require the SMS access permission to operate normally, but after granting 3+ PRO the SMS access permission, real-time SMS can be quickly pushed to your smart wearable device. Some smart wearable devices also support quick reply SMS to the other party's mobile device.

Under no circumstances will 3+ PRO upload SMS to the cloud or transmit it to any third party.

File Storage Permissions:

3+ PRO does not require the file storage access permission to operate normally, but after granting 3+ PRO the file storage access permission, your pictures can be used as avatars and uploaded to the 3+ PRO backend server.

Under no circumstances will 3+ PRO transmit the user's pictures and files to any third party.

Location permission:

3+ PRO does not need location permission to operate normally, but granting 3+ PRO location permission allows you to connect to your wearable device and obtain the weather at your current location.

3+ PRO will not upload your location to the cloud or transmit it to any third party under any circumstances.

Read app list:

3+ PRO does not need to read app list permission to operate normally, but granting 3+ PRO read app list permission allows you to display your app list and quickly find and select the app message reminders you need.

When you use our smart wearable devices, we may collect and record information related to your sports activities, including your number of steps and duration, exercise mode, cadence, exercise distance, exercise time, heart rate, and heartbeat information. In addition, we may collect your personal information, including your nickname, gender, birthday, height, and weight. This information will be used to calculate and display your heart rate, number of steps, calories consumed by exercise, sleep time, etc. on the smart wearable device and application pages so that you can better understand your exercise status. Your personal information will also be used to provide you with exercise advice. This information will be displayed on the smart wearable device and application pages and you can view it at any time.

When you use our smart wearable devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices"), we will collect and record information related to your sports activities, including your number of steps, standing activities and duration, exercise mode, cadence, exercise distance, exercise time, altitude, heart rate, number of strokes, stroke frequency, number of turns, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and heartbeat information. Among them, you can actively enter and modify information related to blood pressure and heart rate. In addition, we will collect your personal information, including your nickname, gender, birthday, height, weight, and body composition (body fat percentage). This information will be used to calculate and display your heart rate, steps, calories consumed by exercise, sleep time, etc. on smart wearable devices and application pages, so that you can better understand your exercise status. Your personal information will also be used to provide you with exercise advice. This information will be displayed on smart wearable devices and application pages, and you can view it at any time.

If you do not provide your personal information (including your gender, height, age, and weight), we will use the default values ​​to calculate and display your heart rate, steps, calories consumed by exercise, and sleep time, and we will also use the default values ​​to provide you with exercise advice services.

We provide you with menstrual record and prediction services on some devices. When you use the menstrual prediction and record service, we need to collect the menstrual-related dates and menstrual symptoms that you actively fill in to show you your menstrual situation and provide menstrual prediction services based on previous records. After you actively fill in and turn on this function, you can record and view it on the watch device. Please rest assured that your information will only be used to display on the watch and will not be used for other purposes.

We provide you with a stress value recording service. When you use the stress value recording service, we will collect your heart rate, the time you are awake and the number of times you are awake during sleep to calculate your stress value and show you the changes in your stress value. When you use the stress value recording service for the first time, we need to perform a stress value calibration test. Therefore, you need to actively provide your recent status data. Please rest assured that the data you use for the stress value calibration test is only saved locally and will not be uploaded to the cloud. In addition, we provide a full-day stress monitoring function, which you can turn on or off at any time.

We provide you with a sleep recording service. When you use the sleep recording service, we will collect your deep sleep, light sleep, awake and eye movement distribution through your bound smart wearable device to provide you with a high-precision sleep monitoring service.

We provide you with a skin temperature measurement service. For this purpose, we will collect your skin temperature data and measurement update time.

(3) Problem feedback

We may collect the feedback you provide to us and your contact information. This information will be used to help us better understand the problem you encountered and contact you. If you actively upload logs to solve problems, we will collect your log information. The logs you upload include exercise data (such as exercise mileage, exercise duration, etc.) and health data (such as heart rate, sleep time, stress data, etc.). Please rest assured that the log information you upload will only be used to solve problems and we will not use it for other purposes.

(4) Message notification function

If you turn on the push notification function, the push messages on your phone will be pushed to the watch device at the same time. Please rest assured that we will not read your notification messages. Your notification messages will only be used to display on the watch and we will not save your notification messages. You can manage the synchronization push settings on the app.

(5) Incoming call reminders and making and receiving calls

You can use the watch device to control incoming calls on your phone. When you turn on the call reminder function in the app and the watch and phone are connected, the watch device can display the incoming call number of the connected phone and vibrate to remind you. At this time, you can choose to reject the call or mute the phone ringing. Please rest assured that your incoming call number will only be used to display on the watch. The watch device will not store your incoming call number or upload it to the cloud.

If your device supports the call-making function, you can use the watch device to answer or make calls. In order to implement this function, we need to collect the call records of your calls. The call record information of your calls will be saved on the watch device and will not be uploaded to the cloud. If you have enabled the permission to read the address book on the application side, the application side will synchronize the incoming call number and contact name to your watch device for display.

(6) Control the music playback on the mobile phone

When the watch device is connected to the application, you can control the playback of the music application on your mobile phone through the watch device, such as pause/play, previous or next song, and volume control.

Please rest assured that we will not save your control operations or upload them to the cloud.

(7) Remote control photography function

If your device supports the remote control photography function, when the watch device is connected to the application, you can control the camera application on your mobile phone to take photos and time-lapse photos through the watch device. After the shooting is completed, you need to check the shooting status on the mobile phone. Please rest assured that the watch device will not collect your control operations or upload them to the cloud.

(8) Third-party data output

Our service supports synchronizing the step count information of your bound wearable device to a third-party platform. To support this function, we will collect your shared account ID on the third-party platform. If you no longer use this function, you can unbind it, and we will delete this information after unbinding.

(II) Situations where you can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information

In order to make it more convenient for you to use our voice interaction services and thus improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional functions. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the above basic services, but you may not be able to use these additional functions that can provide you with more optimized services. These additional functions include:

Additional functions for motion trajectory depiction based on location information: If you want to record the motion trajectory in outdoor sports scenes, after you turn on the location permission of the application, we will collect your location information to draw the motion trajectory for you.
  2. Additional functions for sharing sports data: To provide you with more sports data recording experience, you can actively choose to share your sports data to third-party platforms (such as Google Fit, Health Connect, Strava). Of course, when you choose to share data, 3+ PRO may read the data of the third-party platform for user data verification. The read data is only used to provide or improve the functions or features of the application. To support this function, we will collect your shared account information of the third-party platform, including account ID, account nickname, and avatar. If you no longer use this function, you can unbind and stop sharing. After unbinding, we will delete this information.
  3. Additional services based on location permissions: If you want to record your motion trajectory in outdoor sports scenes, after you turn on the location permissions of the app, we will collect your location information to draw your motion trajectory.
  4. Additional services based on the permission to read and write external storage space (Android 10 and below): If you want to use pictures in your phone or save them to your phone, after you turn on the permission to read and write external space, we will read the pictures in your phone when you set the dial picture, or save the pictures you share to your phone when you share them.
  5. Additional services based on the permission to read the address book and call logs: If you want to display the incoming call number and contact name on your smart wearable device, after you turn on the permission to read the address book and call logs, we will synchronize the incoming call number and contact name to the wearable device when you use the "Show Contacts" function.
  6. Additional services based on the permission to make and answer calls: If you want to control your phone to make calls through a wearable device, after you turn on the permission to make and answer calls, we will provide you with the service of controlling calls through the device when you use the call reminder function.
  7. Additional functions based on the permission to send SMS: If you want to use the SMS reply function after rejecting a call, after you turn on the permission to send SMS, we will provide you with the service of sending a SMS to the other party when you preset the SMS reply in the "Call Reminder Settings" in the app and operate the reject call and send SMS function on the device.
  8. Additional functions of notification and access to notification bar permission: If you want to push messages to the corresponding devices through this app, you need to turn on notification and turn on the permission to access the notification bar.

You can turn off the above permissions at any time to stop using the relevant functions. After you turn off the relevant permissions, you may not be able to continue to use the additional business functions based on permissions, but it will not affect your use of other services of this product.


(III). You are fully aware that we do not need to obtain your consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:
